What is a Travel Package?
A chance to experience a Barbra Streisand concert (or concerts) in an exciting locale with other fans as devoted to her as you are.

Will I get to meet Barbra Streisand?
No. A meet & greet with Barbra Streisand is not part of this Travel Package.

What if I want to cancel my reservation?
Please refer to specific Travel Package offer details for complete information. Also, please review our Terms and Conditions before signing up for a Travel Package.

If I can't attend, can I give my Travel Package to someone else to use?
Travel Packages are non-transferable. Only the person(s) listed on the sign-up form may use the Travel Package. The reselling of Travel Packages is strictly prohibited and resold Travel Packages will not be honored.

I live in the area so don't want to purchase the whole Travel Package (the hotel, etc). Can I buy just a part of the Travel Package?
The purpose of a Travel Package is for a group of people to experience the camaraderie of hanging out with each other and seeing a show (or a few shows) together. In order to offer these Travel Packages at the optimum price, they must be offered as a whole, and not 'a la carte.' We realize that not everyone can participate in every Travel Package, so we generally offer Travel Packages in various locations, of different lengths and prices.

The price is based on two people to a room. If I sign up alone can you match me up with a roommate?
We cannot assign a roommate for you; however, if you would like to participate in the Travel Package, you can sign up for a Single Occupancy room for a slightly higher rate.

What if I want to alter the number of days of my stay - for instance arriving a day before the Travel Package starts or staying after it officially ends?
This varies with each Travel Package. Check with your customer care representative for availability and additional costs when you sign up for the Travel Package and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Where will I be sitting at the show(s)?
Please check the description in the individual Travel Package offer. Exact seat locations are available day of show only.

How do you assign the specific seats to each Travel Package participant?
In most instances, assignment of seat locations is done randomly. Typically, tickets are placed in unmarked envelopes, from which participants draw their selections at random.

If the tickets for the show are reserved seats, and I sign up for two spaces on the Travel Package, will our two seats be together?
Tickets for those who sign up under one reservation will be seated together. For instance, if Tommy Smith and Angie Jones sign up together and are rooming together, their tickets will be together.

How do you determine where to offer a Travel Package?
Many factors go into determining the location of a Travel Package. We sometimes offer more than one show as part of the Travel Package, so we look for interesting locations where two shows are within driving distance of each other. Hotel availability is also a factor.

How fast do the Packages sell out and how many participants can attend?
Packages can sell out very quickly! The number of fans on our travel packages vary per city. For our exclusive Streisand Deluxe Travel Packages, we limit the number to under 20 guests per city.

Are meals provided?
This varies per Travel Package. Usually meals are not provided, but some hotel properties offer complimentary breakfasts.

Is airfare provided?
Since participants are coming from all parts of the globe, you are responsible for getting to and from the Travel Package cities.

Can I sign up online?
Yes, an online sign-up form will be provided. You can also call Customer Care during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm PT. You may sign up then with a credit card or place a reservation and mail in a money order. Money orders must be received within 48 hours of your reservation or the reservation will be released. DO NOT book your airfare until you have been officially confirmed on the Package.

Once I've signed up, when will my reservation(s) be confirmed?
Once you've signed up and we have charged your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email. Expect this email in about 5-10 business days after you sign up. This email will contain paperwork which you will need to fill out and either fax or email back to us. Once we receive this paperwork back from you, you will be sent a final confirmation email.

Travel Package Revocation
If you have purchased a Travel Package through any Fan Asylum site, please make sure you read these rules carefully. Because the Travel Packages offer benefits not generally available to the public, because there will be other fans with you on the Travel Package, and because we need to maintain satisfactory relationships with the Artists and venues in order to continue to offer these unique experiences, the purchase of the Travel Packages is subject to certain conditions. These conditions and rules are for everyone's safety, enjoyment, and privacy. Failure to abide by these terms is sufficient grounds for us, at our sole discretion, to revoke your Travel Package, cancel your purchase and refund your money, or to impose lesser restrictions ( i.e. cancelling privileges such as attendance at a “meet & greet”).

If we have to revoke your purchase, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost or damages other than the refund of the sum you have paid us. This means you will not be compensated by us for any other expenses you have incurred with respect to the Travel Package, including but not limited to travel expenses.

Travel Package Refund Policy
Travel package reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel package reservations may not be resold whole or in part for any reason.
